Submit your return in the portal within 14 days of delivery.
Label
Once approved, we email your prepaid label within 1-2 business days.
Ship
Send it back within 7 days — labels expire after that.
Refund
We refund within 2-6 business days after receiving your return.
Depending on your bank, funds may take 6-8 business days to appear in your account.
Our policy
The fine print
We will gladly return items purchased through our website that have not been worn, washed, or altered — with tags attached in the original VS clear packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
At the moment, we cannot process exchanges. If you'd like a different size, please place a new order for the item(s) you want. Please be mindful of makeup, tanning products, and deodorant.
We will not accept garments with stains from trying on.
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your return does not meet the requirements above.
All sale items are final
This includes items purchased during promotional sales. No exceptions.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered, we cannot be held liable for the package contents. Please file a claim with your local post office.
